Up for sale is 1x Dr. Ian Malcolm miniature vinyl figure keyring. This item was originally produced as part of a series of mystery box ("blind bag"/Gatcha bag) figures imported from China. 

This figure is a little more than an inch long and features the character of Dr. Ian Malcolm originally played by Jeff Goldblum and portrayed here in a "funko pop"-like style of aesthetic (but please note that this item is NOT a funko item). This item was produced only a few years ago in celebration of the original Jurassic Park movie as a throwback to the original when the new recent film was released. 

Jeff Goldblum is a very popular and beloved celebrity personality, and this keyring features his character in a very iconic pose from the original Jurassic Park film. This figure was the "chase rare" pull from the mastery bag in this series, so it was harder to pull and there were fewer of them made. Because this one is a little more rare, I have priced it higher. However, I do realize that unfortunately it has a scuff mark on the face of the character and it is a little dusty, so please feel free to submit a reasonable offer using eBay's "Best Offer" tool and your price estimate will be considered in a timely manner. The scuff mark might be able to be removed with some sort of cleaning material, but I haven't tried and will not mess with the item now that it is here listed on eBay.

I originally opened this keychain from a blind bag a few years ago. I was trying to get the one that is shaped to look like the lump of amber with the mosquito inside, but I got this figure instead. I don't really want this figure anymore, so I am hoping to pass it along to another good home where maybe it will be appreciated or used to complete someone else's collection of these figures. Clip it to your bag or keys and let folks know you are an original Jurassic Park fan!

The keychain will be placed in a small bit of protective packing material and mailed inside of a standard bubble mailer envelope. The order will ship via the United States Postal Service using their Ground Advantage shipping service that includes a tracking number so that you can follow the status of your order as it travels to your designated shipping location. 

This item is NOT a toy. This is an imported figure that is very small and contains small parts. It is not suitable for children under the age of eight. This item is a collectible figural keychain designed for young adults or adults with awesome taste in keyrings. This keyring was created from a vinyl mix and also includes metal and plastic parts. I don't know much about the item's material make-up anymore because I tossed out the packaging a long time ago. I don't think these figures are still "in production", but there are still a lot of them out there and they are easily found in stores across the country. But who knows, maybe they will be even more collectible in a few years?
