Description: Up for sale is a beautiful Casual Victoria Beale Single (1) Rim Soup Bowl. At the time this listing was written, multiple place setting pieces were available in this pattern, so be sure and check out my many other lots!
 
The rim soup bowl measures approximately 9.0” in diameter and is marked with the following backstamp: “Casual, Victoria Beale ®, Williamsburg ©, 9026, Fine Translucent Porcelain, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave Oven Safe, Indonesia.” The bowl has a white/ivory base with a blue, yellow, and black starburst design, in addition to a blue rim and verge. The pattern has been discontinued with the years of manufacture between 1995 and 2000.
 
Condition: Overall, the rim soup bowls are in great condition and look to have been rarely used. The bowls were acquired as part of a much larger set with little history known; however, no major condition issues (chips, cracks, crazing) were noticed upon a thorough inspection. The pieces may show light utensil marks, flea bites, minor glazing/manufacturer imperfections, cleaning or storage scratches, or minor imperfections to the blue rim and verge, but the pieces look only lightly used.  Please note that there may be some slight variations in the intensity of color, design between pieces in this set.
