10pcs Premium Fixture Conical Connection Nobel Active Compatible NP Ø3.5

Conical Connection Fixture is the result of an endless pursuit of an exceptionally high-level product that is simple, easy to use and offers enhanced functionality, performance and aesthetics.

Conical Connection Fixture features built-in design elements that provide biological advantages for hard and soft tissues and promote aesthetic results. The implant's unique biological and mechanical characteristics encourage bone regeneration and increased bone volume; also supporting highly stable surrounding soft tissues.

Conical Connection Fixture combines the original tapered implant body with a tight seal interlocking conical connection hexagon. The Fixture body was designed to replicate the natural tooth root shape and ensure high initial stability for all loading protocols, including immediate Fixture loading.

Specially designed Fixture with high primary stability in demanding circumstances, such as soft bone or extraction sockets.

Compatible with Nobel Active and similar conical connection systems like DESS, Implant Direct, ADIN, A.B etc.

Advantages:

  • No Aluminum contaminants - mean a more successful and accelerated process of osseointegration than ever
  • Survival rates - High and consistent survival rates (over 95% after five-year follow-up).
  • Bone Preservation - Average bone loss of <1 mm after five years (Based on the implant loading time).
  • No Peri-Fixtures - Very low prevalence of peri-Fixtures over the 5-year follow-up period.
  • Anatomic Tapered Body Core & Coronal Design for maximum alveolar bone volume and improved soft tissue support.
  • Cutting Double Divergent Threads for gradual bone condensing and high initial stability even in compromised bone situations.
  • Internal Conical Connection for a sealed connection.
  • A slightly Tapered Body reduced pressure along with the implant.
  • Directional Change Ability for adjustable implant orientation during manual insertion for optimal final placement.
  • Made of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V ELI, in accordance with ASTM-F136-02.
  • SLA Surface Treatment for better osseointegration and reduced bacterial migration.

All the Fixtures are SLA treated. (Sandblasted and acid etched).

SLA has been proven successful over the years, eliminating various contaminants. Furthermore, it maintains high stability during the healing process and promotes long-term success

This Fixture is made from a Titanium Grade 23 is a highly successful material for the fabrication of dental superstructures and Fixtures, on account of its favorable combination of properties such as low specific weight, high strength to weight ratio, high modulus of elasticity, very high corrosion resistance and excellent general biocompatibility.

Grade 23 formerly known as Ti-6AL-4V-ELI. ELI is short for "Extra Low Interstitials" that provide more ductility and better fracture toughness.
