Limited Lifetime Warranty! All Commercial products are sold only under the manufacturers original warranty and no other warranty
is available or applicable. Products sold are warranted to be free of defect in workmanship or material for the lifetime of product.
The remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to the free exchange of the product(s) shown to the manufacturer's
satisfaction to be defective. Labor costs are not covered. Liability for neglect, misuse, special, incidental, direct, indirect
and consequential damages is specifically disclaimed. The maximum liability is the actual amount charged for parts or services rendered.

Return Policy and cancellations:

No returns accepted, only defective exchanges allowed if  tested to our satisfaction that item was really defective.
We cannot issue return shipping labels. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the part for warranty exchange.
How it works: A customer must return the item first with a note specifying the problem. If the item is defective a replacement
part will be sent at no additional cost. If a customer needs a replacement part immediately he must prepay the second part with
a credit card. A full refund will be issued once the defective part is received.

Shipping Policy:

All parts are shipped normally within 1 (one) business day. Occasionally shipping may be delayed a few days.
Normally the cut off time for in stock parts, same day shipping is 12 noon EST (New York City time).
This part will be shipped by US first class mail NOT INSURED with a tracking number in USA or without any
tracking number internationally. Insurance is $3.75 additional and must be paid at time of checkout.
Delivery is the responsibility of the carrier only. If you require a signature or insurance, you must specifically ask and pay for it
when you checkout. The ultimate responsibility to resolve shipping problems though lies within you.
We make all necessary precautions to ship the part safely. We are not liable for problems during transit time!

Sales Tax:

We charge sales tax in the state of Massachusetts only. If tax is not paid at time of checkout a separate invoice will
be sent to the customer. We cannot ship the part unless the tax is paid.

Miscellaneous:
