CS Commonwealth Scientific IBS-250 Ion Beam Power Supply - Controller 1.3 kVA.

Please note this came out of a university setting. I listed it as parts or not working because I cannot test it. There is a chance it may be fine, but there is a strong likelihood that some thing will need to be done to get it to work properly.

The power switch is broken. It does click up and down, but it definitely will need to be replaced before use.
