We allow 30 days for an eBay returns request to be issued providing the item has not been used and originating item packaging has not been damaged. Please do not return items with the postage return label stuck to the item packaging otherwise the item will be returned to you and no refund will be provided. The buyer must meet the return postage cost and Jchproducts cannot take responsibility for misplaced items by any courier. Refunds can take up to 7 days after receipt.
