British
Prime Minister Earl Grey gave his name to this hugely popular tea back
in the 1830s, and has since been thought of as a classic English
afternoon tea. Its flavor is made up of simple black tea flavored with
stimulating oil of bergamot.
Tasting Notes:
Aromatic
and zesty. A refreshing tea with abundant citrus notes, it pairs
perfectly with rich, sweet, or savory flavors - from dark chocolate to
spiced lamb.
Brewing information:
For
every cup you wish to make, add a rounded teaspoon of leaves teabag to
your pot. Add freshly-boiled water, brew for 3-5 minutes, remove and enjoy.
