This is FLATT and SCRUGGS Town and Country LP NEAR MINT ORIGINAL 1965 COLUMBIA 2-EYE original pressing.  Vinyl is CLEAN NEAR MINT and cover nice in shrink with original price sticker on shrink.  Does have a cut out upper right corner, see pic.    Great LP at a great price (the only other near mint original on ebay is selling for $49)!!
