WARRANTY: 
-We offer 60 day after sale warranty for any item. When returning, all products MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING with a RMA number issued by shangyi2020 clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no refund. Refund will usually be issued after package comes back.
- If any part of the seat damage, please contact with us , we will send a spare one for you to replace.
RETURN:
- Please contact Customer Service before sending any items back.  
- Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing your return and exchange.  
- If the returned item is lost or stolen during transit, the replacement(s) will not be shipped before a claim approval.
