Folded closed as shown, it measures 5-1/2" x 7-1/4" and opens to 12 panels (6 panels front and back). Discoloration on front panel (seen in first photo) and along fold lines and edges from age; tiny holes where fold lines intersect. Still all legible, nice reference material.
