Weasel coffee which is produced by the way that the civet (weasel) eats the most delicious and ripe coffee on the tree then excretes coffee beans. Those beans go through the digestive tract of the weasel. The main gastric enzyme secretions from the stomach of the weasel have created special position of coffee in the fermentation process. Nowaday, Me Trang Coffee Company has produced weasel coffee by unique way, which is: Cultured microbial enzyme imitated as inside the stomach, then choosing the best quality coffee beans to ferment and incubate for creating extremely unique product called Weasel coffee with special flavors. WEASEL COFFEE BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1️⃣ Grind the coffee beans finely.
2️⃣ Place 3 tablespoons of coffee grounds (approximately 25g) into the filter.
3️⃣ Shake well and gently press down the coffee grounds.
4️⃣ Pour 20ml of boiling water into the filter to allow the coffee to soak, then add another 45ml of boiling water.
5️⃣ Add sugar, milk, ice, etc. to your liking.
