Product Description

The BD Diesel 1045987 Pulse exhaust manifold is a direct replacement for the factory unit on 2003-2007 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the 5.9L Cummins diesel. The fully divided pulse design balances exhaust pulses across cylinders, reducing exhaust gas temperatures, backpressure, and cylinder load for improved fuel economy and engine longevity.

Constructed from high-silicon ductile iron with precision slip joints, this manifold resists the cracking that commonly plagues the OE cast iron unit from repeated heat cycling. Pre-drilled pyrometer ports allow easy EGT monitoring. Gaskets and mounting bolts are not included and should be ordered separately. Covered by BD Diesel's 36-month / 75,000-mile warranty.
