Jeff lost both of his legs in the attack. However, after regaining consciousness in the hospital, he wrote this note: "Saw the guy. Looked right at me." Jeff was able to help law enforcement identify one of the bombers. Jeff's personal account also covers the months of physical and emotional rehabilitation he undertook in order to walk again
