Care & Use

Before first use wash cast iron with mild soap. Do not use a scourer.
Coat with cooking oil & leave on low heat for 30 minutes. Wipe off excess oil. 
After use- Always clean in hot soapy water and ensure item is thoroughly dried. 
If scouring is needed repeat the oil coating before it is used again. 
If the food develops a metallic taste the sizzle platter needs re seasoning.
Scrub with a scouring brush. 
Dry thoroughly. 
Coat inside of cast iron platter with unsalted fat. 
Heat in a moderate oven for an hour.
Remove excess fat and allow to cool. 
This item is not dishwasher safe. 
For the wooden base, simply clean with warm water & a little soap.

RETURN POLICY

Our returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) 

It is the buyers’ responsibility for cost and arrangement of return. 

Returned goods will only be excepted if received back in resalable condition in the original box or packing. 

Returns are not accepted after 30 days after receiving the item.

In the event of damage or shortage(s) please advise immediately in writing via the eBay messaging, with an attached photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours after receipt of goods otherwise claim cannot be admitted.

For faulty or damaged goods, photos are required prior to a claim being authorised.

Any goods sent via Royal Mail can take up to 10 working days as per Royal Mail's terms and conditions.
