Product Description

The RS-R T067D is a Down Sus lowering spring set engineered for the 2022–2026 Toyota GR86 (ZN8) and 2022–2026 Subaru BRZ (ZD8). Both platforms share identical suspension geometry, making this a single SKU solution for both vehicles. The Down Sus series is RS-R's entry-level performance spring line, designed to provide a mild but meaningful drop of 0.8" to 1.0" front and rear while maintaining the OEM damper's intended operating range and ride comfort characteristics. RS-R calibrates each spring set specifically for the vehicle's factory suspension geometry, shock dampening curve, and ride height baseline -- resulting in a spring that works in harmony with OEM components rather than compromising them. The progressive spring rate -- 3.37 kgf/mm front and 4.80 kgf/mm rear -- provides compliant behavior at everyday road speeds while building resistance progressively under lateral load during spirited driving. The rear rate is notably stiffer relative to the front, helping reduce understeer tendencies and sharpening corner exit response on the GR86/BRZ's balanced rear-drive chassis. The drop brings the fender gap to a visually cleaner position while lowering the center of gravity to improve overall grip and reduce body roll. Installation is a direct bolt-on using factory OEM dampers -- no shock replacement is required. Wheel alignment is recommended after installation. Backed by RS-R's 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty and manufactured in Japan by the country's leading aftermarket spring company.
