This laptop has a BIOS password set that we do not know and were unable to remove. We were able to install a new copy of Windows 11 by USB boot and the laptop is fully functional, however the BIOS is locked and you will be unable to access the BIOS to change advanced settings. We have reduced the price of this laptop accordingly.
