On offer is this beautiful custom made 4 Carats of brilliant cut heart shaped genuine natural Purple Cubic Zirconia set into a 14k Yellow Gold mount with a 3mm diameter genuine Brilliant cut White Diamond.  The Cubic Zirconia  is highly faceted so it throws off a rainbow of colors as does the White Diamond above it.  The Heart measures 11 mm x 10 mm x 7 mm deep with the diamond being 3 mm in diameter.  The Heart gemstone is set high into it's setting to allow the full display of the rainbow colors that emanate from the Cubic Zirconia and the Diamond.   Custom made and never been worn.
