The BBK Performance 1525 Titanium Ceramic Shorty Headers are a direct bolt-on performance upgrade engineered specifically for the 1994–1995 Ford Mustang SN95 equipped with the 5.0L H.O. V8 — fitting the GT, LX, GTS, and SVT Cobra in both Coupe and Convertible body styles. Developed in-house at BBK's CAD design and dynamometer facility, these unequal length shorty headers replace the factory's highly restrictive cast iron exhaust manifolds with 1-5/8" CNC mandrel-bent 16-gauge steel primaries that dramatically improve exhaust flow, scavenging efficiency, and pulse timing — producing dyno-verified gains of 8–15 rear wheel horsepower and torque over stock. The 2.5" collector with a ball and socket flange transitions cleanly to both factory and aftermarket mid-pipes, giving owners full flexibility in how they complete the exhaust system.
