Guitar / Bass Guitar String Cleaner
This Guitar cleaner will probably pay for itself by the time you've changed your guitar strings 3 times - as it will extend the life of your strings and will result in you replacing your strings less frequently over time.
It will take away the grime and clean your strings all the way around. Guitar strings accumulate dirt and general crud from the oils and dead skin cells left on the strings by your fingers. Whilst this will usually be removed from the top and sides of the strings in the course of playing - the underside of the strings will usually remain cruddy. (Running a plectrum under your high E and B strings will reveal just how much crud collects there).
Works on 4 and 5 string Bass Guitars also.
This cruddiness will affect the tone of the string and reduce its effective life - meaning that to maintain a decent tone you will have to change your strings more often. Its also more hygienic and will prevent your fretboard and frets getting, well - cruddy.
Using this String Cleaner frequently after playing will help you get the most out of your strings.
