Shipping

We aim to post most items out the same day for orders placed before 12pm. We post many items out the same day after this time, but in the interest of not promising you something that we cannot deliver, we have sided with caution. We try to use reliable couriers, but we also consider the cost to get the item to you, ultimately you are paying for the delivery. At busy times please always get in touch if your item has not arrived on time. We will try to find out what has gone wrong and help resolve promptly.

Protecting YOU and Protecting US (DATA COLLECTION & ORDER PROCESSING)

Data privacy
We take your data privacy seriously and only keep data for necessary processing of your order and to fulfil our legal, regulatory and operational requirements. If you wish to understand the data that we hold you are welcome to contact us to obtain details of our policies.

Fraud prevention using CCTV recording
We undertake robust data collection of all orders leaving our warehouses and any returned items, this is to prevent fraud and attempted criminal activity. We only collect necessary data and only hold it for as long as is necessary.

We record all our items being packaged on CCTV this includes visually recording serial numbers and product seals to prove what was sent out and in what condition. We do the same to returned items.
