Synergy Manufacturing - Dana 30/44 Inner Axle Sleeve Kit

Features:
• Designed to increase the strength of the Axle housing that is prone to bending when larger off road tires are installed and used off road
• Made from 2.0" x .250 1026 DOM Tubing (1.50" ID), Machined OD to fit snugly into the stock axle housing
• Inner Axle Sleeves add a 59% increase in strength over stock
• The stock axle housing must be drilled and plug welding for installation

• Inner C Upper and Lower Gusset Kit - Part# 8012-02 (Sold Separately)
• Lower Control Arm Skid Plates - Part# 8012-03 (Sold Separately)

NOTES:
The 8012-09 inner axle sleeve kit contains axle sleeves with lengths long enough to cover all applications.
Trimming of axle sleeves will be required to fit applications other than the JK D30 Axle Housing.
Inner Axle Sleeves are not compatible with Jeep JK Rubicon Recon models due to thicker axle tube housings.

We accept PayPal eChecks. Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear in our business PayPal account.
For shipment to an Arizona address, we are required to collect 9.3% sales tax.
We suggest immediate payment for all orders, but do allow 10 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received.
If payment is not received within 10 days of the order being placed, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.

Shipping Information:

UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.

For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.

Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.
Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
Some out of stock items are drop shipped from a distribution warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.
Tracking numbers will be updated to as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.

Return Policy:

AZ Offroad & Performance, Inc. & will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Items that are defective may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.
Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
