The stand is in excellent condition with no bends or dents, It's 3 1/4" high at the handle. The base is 3 3/4" in diameter and the top part the holds the candle is 2" in diameter. It may be missing a glass insert as it looks like something else belongs at the top, or it just my be to hold a tea light. See Pics.
