Question:What capacity can this hold?
Answer:In my case, it comfortably holds about 40 paperback books, a small tablecloth, an 8x10 framed photograph, a zippered envelope to hold cash and a credit card swipe, a covered pottery small dish with chocolates, and several artifacts. I am an author and this cart has helped me bring these items to book signing parties, and it is easy for me to put it into my car and take it out when I arrive at my destination. It's an efficient way to solve the problem of how to carry all this stuff in one easy solution. see less

Hard to know what you mean by 'capacity' but I use mine for work and carting all kinds of things. Computer monitors and equipment, folders, files, etc. The basket is 14" tall, 15" wide and 14" side length - all approx measures and the ad says the weight-carrying capacity is 110 lbs. I had a cart similar to this in t… see more

Weight capacity is 110 pounds. I use the cart to hold free weights of two each 10 pound, 8 pound, 5 pound, and 2.5 including workout shoes.

The description on one of the images states 110 lb capacity and lid withstands a load of 265 lbs. so you can sit on it with the lid on or stack up boxes or bags on the lid. It’s VERY sturdy.

I have put a case of water sideways in the cart with no problem and have had groceries inside and a case of water on top of the lid without a problem. I love this cart. It is well made and easy to pull.

Question:Do you offer Separate set of wheels for stairs?
Answer:I bought this for me but bought a 2nd one for my sister. The wheels are 360 & roll efficiently like regular luggage even when it’s full and heavy. No special wheels for climbing stairs.
By nrjoy on January 23, 2021
I'm in the process of trying to see if we can put stair climbing wheels on this as well. Once I find out I will post it

Question:I bought this in August and one of the wheel casings cracked and the wheel fell off. What happened???????
Answer:You might have put too much weight in the crate and pulled it over a curb or the bubbled surface at the edge of sidewalk ramps. That happened to mine for both those reasons. I put some gorilla glue in the socket and it's been fine since.

I’ve had mine for 3 years and use it everyday. No problems. I think you got a defective one. Contact customer service. These are too expensive to last only a month.

I’ve had mine for a few years and never had a problem. I load it up daily (I’m a teacher) and it holds up well. I love it! Contact seller.

Question:Can the lid stay attached to one of the sides while the cart is in use with open top?
Answer:Yeah of course you can, they’re all wrong. The lid hooks onto the side and it is definitely still usable without the lid on top, i do it all the time. The lid being off doesn’t restrict this cart from moving at all so I don’t understand those previous answers
By Mickey… on April 14, 2022
Yes! As Mickey said, the lid has a cleat style hook that hooks onto the back of the cart (where the handle is) and the cart & handle are fully operational with it hanging there

I don't believe so - I've not seen my coworkers leave their lids attached & I don't use mine at all. sorry
By Kindle Customer on December 17, 2021
No it can not. The lid is separate, not attached.
By Janice Williams on December 17, 2021
I don't think so. I've never tried it - I have literally never used the top - but there is no hinge on it, so I don't see how that would work. I hope this helps...

Question:How durable is it
Answer:So far, so good, seems better than most!

Question:could it be used to store an expandable 100ft hose?
Answer:It would depend on the type of hose and diameter. If it’s the newer style smaller diameter hose, yes but if it’s a standard 5/8 to 3/4” diameter rubber hose, my best guess is no.

Question:is the box will run on staris ?
Answer:I don't find this cart works well on stairs. The casters are to small to pull it up stairs easily, especially if the stairs have a overhanging tread on them. Other than that I am very happy with the cart.
By P. Kelley on January 25, 2021
It will be very difficult to pull it up stairs.
By Cristina on January 24, 2021
Yes If you tilt it a little
By James on January 23, 2021
I do not think it is designed for stairs or curbs.
