this is the Left hand handle for the tonneau covers for all years Chevrolet Avalanche. it does not have the latch component that it pivots on and uses to bolt to the tonneau cover, however it is very easy to use parts that your truck already has to mount this new handle, I have done the replacement myself and would be happy to talk you through it. this is brand new OEM from the factory and dealerships want $93 for a new handle/latch assembly.
