The Rancho RS999910 is a front QuickLIFT loaded strut assembly designed to level and lift the front suspension of 4WD Ford F‑150s and Lincoln Mark LT trucks from 2004 through 2008. This all‑in‑one unit combines an adjustable RS9000XL shock with a pre‑installed coil spring and upper mount, simplifying installation and eliminating the need for a spring compressor. The QuickLIFT design raises the front end—typically between ~1.5" and ~2.5" depending on year and model—to help remove factory rake and create room for larger wheels and tires, improving stance and ground clearance.
Featuring nine levels of adjustable damping, the RS999910 lets you fine‑tune ride comfort and control to suit driving conditions, from daily road use to mild off‑road conditions.
