Golden Rabbit enamelware is made of carbon steel coated with porcelain enamel and trimmed with a stainless steel rim. Oven and broiler safe to 500 degrees. Dishwasher safe, but dry promptly. 

Do not wash with hard water stain removers or lemon based detergents- this will affect the finish. Do not soak. Do not use in the microwave. Enamelware is naturally non-stick and washes up with little effort. 

The graphic designs on Golden Rabbit enamelware are fused into the enamel during the firing process and are covered with glass fritz that gives the piece a protective surface as well as a high gloss finish. Made in Indonesia
