The 1ml size have been decanted from the bigger bottle and put into sterile 1ml bottles.
This is because of the small amount actually needed when used so unless its used in a professional environment
it would expire long before the big bottle was anywhere near empty.
The bottles are filled with a sterile syringe and are as close as possible to 1ml.
