Sprockets Ltd has been trading since March 2003 and is run by riders, for riders. We have built up a good reputation with our customers for both quality of product and speed of delivery. Our intention is to offer the best service and answer all your technical questions as soon as possible.

Our feedback is important to us. If you for any reason feel you have not had a positive transaction, please contact us via ebay messages before leaving feedback, as we are always happy to help with any problems and go out of our way to make our customers happy. Payment

We accept payment via Paypal. All prices include VAT.

Shipping

Once we have received cleared payment we endeavour to dispatch all items as soon as possible. 

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class service, or Royal Mail Signed For service for more valuable orders. We can also offer a next day delivery service at an extra cost.

International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Priority service, or Royal Mail International Signed/Tracked service for more valuable orders.

Great care is taken with packing each item to ensure safe delivery to you. We can provide a discount on postage for multiple purchases but please contact us before payment is made so that we can send you the invoice showing the total cost. If your item/s fail to arrive within a few days, please contact your local postal sorting office first as they may be holding it there.

Returns

We will accept returns for any reason as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. In this instance, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will quite happily exchange the item for another, or if this is not possible provide a refund upon return of goods.  We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
