Refurbish, upgrade, or build your own float box with premium quality self-adhesive slotted float foam strips designed by professional float maker Ian Lewis. These extra wide, extra deep foam strips are ideal for securely storing larger fishing floats and offer a stronger, more versatile alternative to standard float box foam.

Each strip measures 300mm x 26mm x 16mm and features 20 precision-cut slits. At exactly twice the width of the slim version, these strips can also be easily cut down with a ruler and craft knife to create two standard-width strips if required.

Manufactured from high-quality HLB PU foam, the material is carefully chosen to grip floats firmly without damaging them. Thanks to the increased width and depth, a single strip will securely hold around 90% of floats without needing separate top and bottom strips. The larger surface area also provides improved adhesion inside your tackle or float box.

Fitting Instructions

Simply cut to size, peel off the backing paper, and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface. Hold in place for several seconds and leave for around an hour before inserting floats for the best bond.
