Resistant corrosion inhibitor for surface and engine protection
The extremely resistant surface protection product DINITROL 4010 can also be used in many other applications. It can be applied to both open and closed areas. The product penetrates in a manner similar to that of cavity wax. It can also be used for electrical plants to prevent galvanic corrosion and other negative influences such as moisture.
DINITROL 4010 leaves behind a hard, transparent film that is resistant to acids, alkalis, and heat up to a temperature of 200 C.The adhesion and flexibility properties on rubber and plastic parts are also very good at both low and high temperatures.
DINITROL 4010 can also be used to treat motor housings, motors, and other components that must withstand high temperatures.

Applications:

• DINITROL 4010 is heat resistant up to a temperature of more than 200°C.

• surfaces, reading of labels and numbers etc.
• The adhesion and flexibility on rubber and plastic parts at both low and high temperatures are very good.
• Appropriate parts to be treated with DINITROL 4010 are engine compartments, engines and other parts which have to withstand high temperatures.

Method of use:
DINITROL 4010 should be applied on a clean, dry surface. High or low pressure equipment can be used, airless or airmix. Application temperature between 15 − 30°C. Product hardness, flexibility and adhesion increases at higher drying temperatures.
