Elegant, lightly worn Arche peep-toe sandals with a 2-3/8" heel and low platform. Allover black. Includes dust bag.
The upper is made from supple pebbled leather punctuated with cut-out starbursts. Though the toe comes to a point, the soft leather accommodates the wide toe box of my 7M feet which do not tolerate pinching. They are well aerated.
With a cushioned insole, adjustable slingback, and glove-soft upper, the shoe is quite comfortable. The heel is moderate by today's standards but gives shape to the calves. Great for casual wear, travel and cocktail parties (if on Zoom, just be sure they see you walk across the room).
Has been worn briefly fewer than 20 times on a couple of cruises, otherwise in dry storage in my closet. Velcro remains fresh and sticky. Weigh about 10 oz per shoe.
Similar styles in their online US site include this enexor on the Arche site.
Note that these shoes were exposed to mildew in a closet (white, grey, powdery--not mold). They were rescued early on and have been thorough cleaned by being brushed outdoors, drenched with alcohol (which kills spores and is also used to soften shoes), then dried in shade. Spores have not returned.
I'm wearing mostly flats and chunky low heels these days, after ankle surgery in the past year (non-shoe-related).
SHIPPING NOTE
Priority
Mail flat rate envelope is selected to reduce shipping costs. Shoes
would be bubble-wrapped but not boxed. Would probably ship fine.
Please message me
if you'd like the shoes shipped in a box. USPS Parcel Select is usually
cheapest.
