All orders are shipped in 2-meter long pieces for your convenience.
While most sellers ship their products in 1-meter segments, we provide longer, easier-to-install pieces to make your job faster and more efficient.

🟢 What You’ll Receive:

For example, if you order 20 meters, you’ll receive 10 pieces of 2 meters each.
All items are securely packed in durable 2-meter-long boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Covings will arrive in big and but lightweight parcels. The number of pieces that can fit inside the box is different for each design since coving sizes are differ from each other.

🛡️ Extra Protection During Transit:

To protect your items during transport, we may include off-cut materials inside the box to fill empty space and prevent movement.
👉 Please carefully remove all contents from the box upon delivery. Your ordered products may be placed underneath the protective filler materials.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.
Our courier partners operate Monday to Friday, so no dispatch is made over the weekend.

Estimated delivery time is typically 2 to 5 working days, depending on the courier service. While we always dispatch your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for courier-related delays.

All payments are securely processed through the eBay payment system.
We accept all major payment methods supported by eBay, including PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Apple Pay (subject to your location).

Your payment is protected and managed directly by eBay for maximum buyer confidence.

In line with eBay guidance, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Before placing large/bulk orders

Our items are bulky, require special packaging and can attract higher shipping charges. For larger quantities, we strongly recommend ordering a sample first to confirm suitability.

Return postage – who pays?

Seller responsibility (our error): If your item arrives incorrect, damaged or faulty, we cover the return postage. Please message us via eBay so we can arrange the label and instructions.
Buyer responsibility (change of mind): If you no longer want the item, chose the wrong option, or the size/spec is not what you expected (the listing shows full details), then the buyer pays the return postage. When eBay issues a pre-paid label, the postage amount will be deducted from your refund.

2-metre returns (DX)

For any return involving 2-metre packaged items, we will provide the DX return label. We can book a home collection for you, or you can drop off at a DX depot.
For buyer-fault returns, the DX return cost is deducted from the refund.
Many carriers do not accept 2-metre parcels; even when they do, some hubs refuse transfer and may send oversized items to disposal. If you choose to send a 2-metre return with a carrier that does not accept this length, any refusal or loss is the buyer’s responsibility. Please contact us first to use DX.

Samples (non-returnable)

Samples are provided for testing/inspection only and are not intended for full use or installation. They are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless received damaged or defective. Your statutory rights are not affected.

How to start a return / report an issue

Go to My eBay → Purchase history → Return this item and select the reason.
For wrong/damaged items, send us an eBay message with clear photos and a short description.
We respond within 24 hours and, once authorised, provide any required pre-paid label through eBay’s returns flow (typically within 48 hours).

Condition & refunds

Please return goods unused, undamaged and in resaleable condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2–5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Where an item is returned used or incomplete beyond what’s necessary to inspect it, a reasonable deduction may apply in line with eBay guidance.

🔧 Installation Guide – XPS Coving (Non-LED Models)

🛠️ Materials Needed:

Adhesive: Multipurpose Solvent-Free White Silicone Adhesive
Paint: Water-based wall paint
Craft Knife
Caulking Gun (for adhesive application)
Mitre Box & Fine Tooth Saw (for angled corner cuts)
Optional (for joints/gaps):
- Plaster filler or
- The same silicone adhesive used for mounting

🧱 Step-by-Step Installation:

Prepare the Surface:
Ensure the wall and ceiling surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or moisture. Avoid application on damp or freshly painted surfaces.
Cut the Corners:
Use a mitre box and a fine-tooth saw or craft knife to cut precise angles for inside or outside corners.

Note: The product is made of premium soft XPS, making it very easy to cut and shape. Ready-cut corners are also available upon request.

Prime the Coving:
Apply a thin, even layer of primer directly onto the coving surface. Allow it to dry fully before continuing.
Apply Adhesive:
Using a caulking gun, apply solvent-free white silicone adhesive to the back of the coving.
Mount the Coving:
Position the coving carefully and press it firmly into place at the wall-ceiling junction.
Fill Joints (if needed):
Use plaster filler or the same adhesive to fill any visible joints or seams. Smooth for a seamless look.
Paint the Coving:
After installation, paint the coving with water-based wall paint. Let it dry fully. Apply a second coat if needed for a perfect finish.
