This auction is for 2 of the rubber visors.  In the last pic, they are part number 1 in the last picture/diagram.  Called a "supporting ring" by BMW.  It is not for the housing in the photos which is used to illustrate the visors location and use.

For TWO new visors, fits all the /6 and /7 dual gauges.  These are $25.40 each at the dealer.  

You are only fooling yourself when you say the gauges look great without the visors...

These new siliconized rubber visors have the little extrusion tab at the bottom to hold it in place, a dab of adhesive is also recommended for install. 

These fit perfectly and will stay supple for many years.  

Please note: there are other cheapo visors out there, poorly made, without the locator tab.  These are not them.
