Unique items....these are museum pieces that once stood in a Freedom Shrine Display somewhere around the country.  Unsure which one. One is a copy of the letter Robert E Lee sent accepting the role of president of Washington College.   The original letter is on display at Washington and Lee University in Lexington VA.  The composition is laminated on both sides and appears to be a wood like center.  It measures 19" x 14 1/2" and weighs slightly over 2 pounds.   Included pics of what they would have looked like mounted at a College or University.

Other two are the Mayflower Compact, the first written constitution in American , signed by 41 colonists about the Mayflower. Two different copies with a different look around the border.  Both are about 19" x 13 with one being slightly bigger than the other.

3 plaques in all.

The Freedom Shrine is a Collection of 32 Historic United States Documents (1600's to 1900's). These documents serve as windows to America's proud past.
