Box is not sealed - but letters are all excellent. Acorn nuts and washers are in the sealed package.
NOS parts - mechanical/electrical parts have not been tested, and I will not warranty a 50 year old original GM part. NO returns on an NOS part that fails to function, is installed or used in any way.
