If you want your Megatouch to last, choose a NEW unused power supply rated at 300W or better.  Heat kills games, and the cheapest power supplies run HOT because they have to operate nearer their maximum output. They're also likely to fail sooner (along with used supplies with countless hours on them and full of dirt) and may produce unstable voltages that damage other parts of the system. Shop around and you'll see why this item is an incredibly good value.  I myself have paid up to $100 a piece for good new 300W supplies I can trust for the long-run after putting so much time and money into rebuilding a game.  While you're working on the game, don't forget to clean and check that all fans are running fast and smooth. Clean the CPU heatsink and apply fresh thermal grease if you're handy with that sort of thing, or get help from someone who works on PC's.
