As best as I can tell, the cookbook is out of print. The cookbook is previously owned. The edges of the cover are bumped from normal, gentle handling and shelving. The front cover is partially detached from the wire coil binding. A few pages have light spatters. There are 156 pages with delicious recipes such as Mom's Swedish Rye Bread, Ragout of Veal with Dumplings, Faarikaal, Lefse, Fru Monsen Kake, Svenska Toscas (Swedish Macaroon Tea Thimbles), Norwegian Cookies, and Julekage (Christmas Bread). Contributors are shown with the recipes, but there is not a consolidated, alphabetized list of contributors. This cookbook would make an excellent addition to your collection. Due to the large number of requests, I am no longer able to research specific contributors or recipes. I appreciate that buyers would like to buy for the best price possible, but half-price offers are never considered or acknowledged. Thanks for understanding.

Items can only be mailed to the address shown on the payment. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience, but this is an ebay rule, not me trying to be difficult.  If you wish to have the package sent to a different address, please contact me BEFORE paying and I will try to assist you. I combine shipping whenever possible--never necessary to ask.  "Like items" ship well together.  Books and breakables do not.  Only items that meet the stringent regulations of the Post Office can travel by Media Mail.  If you wish to have items combined into one package, then ONE Paypal payment must be made.  Multiple payments means multiple packages. We are not set up for pick-up.  We've tried it in the past and had too many "no shows".  Our schedules can be erratic, so please allow us to mail your package. This is a non-smoking home; however, most of my items are antique or vintage and have been purchased at estate sales and auctions.  I'm sorry, but I am not aware of how the item has been stored or used before I received it.  I frequently get asked about odors.  I have a fairly "sensitive" nose -- if an item has a disagreeable fragrance, that information will be included in the description. Ebay automatically adds sales tax when they deem it is appropriate -- I have no control over it. I try very hard to please all of my buyers.  Please understand that delivery times and the cost of shipping are beyond my control.  These are controlled entirely by the Post Office, UPS, and FedEx.  Your rating will be for me, not one of these agencies. If you do not feel that you can give all 4's or 5's on the DSR's, please contact me with your concerns BEFORE leaving feedback.  Low ratings affect my income -- it only takes 3 1's or 2's in any category within a 3 month period (regardless of the volume of sales) to lower my standing.  Please do not cost me money because of frustration with the continuously increasing rates from the PO.  Most of my items are not listed with shipping included (unfortunately, there's no such thing as "free" shipping).  Please do not rank my stars low because I charge for shipping and some sellers do not.
