No.0 = 09 - 13cm, 3.5" - 5"

No.1 = 13 - 19cm, 5" - 7.5"

  No.2 = 19 - 28cm, 7.5" - 11"

  No.3 = 24 - 36cm, 9.5" - 14"

 No.4 = 28 - 41cm, 11" - 16"
