Any items that are damaged or faulty need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving in order to be eligible for an exchange. If the item has already been dispatched then the customer must return it to us at their own expense and in a re-saleable condition. Delivery address will be given on request. Please do not send any items back without confirming the return address with us first.
