This is a set of center storage console mounting brackets. 

These will fit all 1996-2000 Honda Civic Models. 

Brackets bolt to the frame of the car. (Front and rear) Center storage console then screws to these.

The smaller looped bracket goes over the parking brake cables. 

No hardware included.
