This is a vintage item well over 20+ years old and made of very thin paper - This advert has been directly removed from an original UK vintage magazine and shows some light signs of age, minimal markings, corner wear,  minimal creasing / rippling  / light folds, lines and may show yellowing/discolouration ( especially on any white areas/edges ) As this has been removed from a magazine there will be another advert or magazine text on the reverse side  -  This is not a new item - please see pics for details
