Figure is approximately 5-3/4" tall.

Figure is brand new and comes in factory packaging.
The card does have a very faint superficial crease line on the back located where the clear plastic protective covering over the character is adhered to the top of the card. Unfortunately, I think this is quite common with these types of packages.
The clear plastic protective covering over the figure has a crease on the underside of the very bottom piece which has caused the plastic to lift from the card 1/2" on both sides.
These things are only mentioned for collectors looking for perfect packaging as well. These things in no way affect the contents of the package. They are brand new, untouched and undamaged.
