Makers of all sorts of rollers for the printing industry, Ideal scheduled summer vacation time off at it's 5 factories and sales offices for the same two week period in the summers back in the middle of the 20th century. Factories were located in Chicago, Long Island City, Huntington Park, Cal., Chamblee, Georgia and Marlboro, Mass.

This is a rare piece of ephemera in the form of a letter-size brochure to customers to help them plan to have plenty of rollers ordered and prepared in advance. It is black and white, measures 6 by 3-1/2 inches folded, opens to 7 by 12 inches. It is beautifully illustrated in a style that captures a care-free spirit, indicative of the times.
