• PAYMENT & SHIPMENT POLICIES:

  • Items are shipped within a timely manner. Typically we ship within 1 business day after payment has been made.
  • Multiple items purchased will be combined to save on shipping costs.  Please contact us before buying in order to combine all items.  (NOTE:  Some larger items cannot be combined due to UPS/FEDEX/USPS size limitations.)
  • To determine shipping costs, please use the shipping calculator located under "Shipping and payment” details.  (International buyers: There should be a link under the box for international shipments).
  • TO ALL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:  All customs fees, import duties or taxes are not included in the price of the item nor the shipping charges. These fees are the BUYER'S sole responsibility.  Please be aware of this before bidding on or purchasing an item!

  RETURN POLICY:

  • If you receive an incorrect item you must contact us within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  New items must be returned in new OEM unopened package.  
  • ALL shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except when there is a mistake or error on our part with the item
  • IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP BEFORE LEAVING NEGATIVE FEEDBACK SO THAT WE CAN CORRECT THE ISSUE.
  • NO returns on electrical items.  (NO EXCEPTIONS)
