TERMS & CONDITIONS 

Non-Refundable Products:  

Oils and custom orders are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing sample sizes before committing to a larger order.  

International Buyers:  

Contact us for shipping estimates. We’ll refund shipping overages when applicable. 

SHIPPING POLICY 

Free Shipping:  

Applies to Continental U.S. orders only. U.S. Territories may incur a surcharge.  

Combined Shipping:  

Contact us for combined shipping on multiple items. 

Address Accuracy:  

Ensure your address is correct, there will be a charge for reshipping costs on returned orders. We may deny shipping to P.O. boxes or apply a surcharge.  

Domestic Orders:  

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Free shipping will use ground transport or a method of our choosing. Expedited shipping is available upon request. 

International Orders:  

We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility as well as checking if your country allows the import of the product(s). Returned items will incur additional reshipment charges. 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS 

Non-Returnable Products:  

Oils, custom orders, opened products, gifts and gift certificates are non-refundable. 

Returns Policy: 
For any issues with your order, contact us within 3 days of receiving your item(s). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. A 20% transaction/restocking fee may apply to returns. If the error is ours, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns including free ship items, shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the purchase price provided items are returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed within one week of receiving and approving the return. 

Damages 

If items arrive damaged, retain all packaging for inspection by carrier. Send photos of product/packing/box to The Parfumerie.

All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Our designer-inspired oils are uncut, smooth, and long-lasting, but not original products, unless otherwise stated.
