Air sprayable undercoating protection against rust and mechanical abrasion, for undercarriages of cars, trucks, trailers, boats, etc. Surface areas must be clean, dry, rust and grease fee before application. When applied with undercoating gun, product does not run or drip.
How to Use:
Shake before use. The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dry, rust-, dust-and grease free. Can be applied by light airless equipment, but also by an air-mix pistol with an air-pressure of 3-6 bar / 45 to 90 psi. Optimum spraying distance is about 1 foot. Depending on the application, the product can be thinned using Mineral Spirits.
Treat the surface with product until the desired layer thickness is reached. If thicker layers are wanted it is to be recommended to dry the layers in between. Over-spray or equipment contaminated with over-spray, must be cleaned, while still wet, with Mineral Spirit or White Spirit.
Storage and Shelf Life:
The product should not be stored under +10°C / 50°F and above +30°C / 85°F. Must be protected from direct sunlight and heat. When stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated area, the product has a shelf life of 2 years in unopened, original packaging.
