We currently offer a 60 day return policy unless otherwise stated

What should I do if you guys do not have the part I need?

If we do not have the part that you need, we'll get it for you. If we don't have it in our inventory, we will do our best to locate it for you.

Do you have items for my car that are not listed?

We carry over 8000 parts and we do not have the ability to list everything to eBay as we get it. If you do not see a part on our eBay store, you can always message us via eBay and request a part and you should expect a reply within 24 hours.

How long does shipping take?

We try to ship as quickly as possible. Usually, the item is shipped within 24 hours from when the item was purchased and it usually takes 3-5 days to receive the item (when shipped with standard shipping)

Does RK Auto Parts provide installation instructions?

We do not provide installation instructions but most parts can be installed yourself but we are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may be caused by installation.

Is there any programming for a part to work in my car?

Most parts are plug and play but we give no guarantee. If a part does need to be programmed we recommend going to a dealer or a certified mechanic to get it programmed. We will not be responsible for any charges the dealer may charge you.
