Rare Antique Hudson's Bay Co Wool Blanket 69” X 90” Nice. No marking by Hudson Bay Co which dates blanket pre 1900’s. Hudson Bay started black stripes on blankets when competition came about and other companies started making similar around 1890’s. This blanket is from my family’s estate so this places correct time period also. Rare find for age. Similar blanket from pre 1900’s have been priced at $700+. Small amount of wear on stitching.
