This is a classic mid century style shelf by stress with gorgeous strong adjustable straps and flattering shelf bust hourglass design which gives a lot of flexibility to the fit. However because this is 100% designer cotton you will ideally need to be smaller than the measurements to allow for ease of movement. If you’re right at measurement the dress will be very formfitting.
Please go by the waist measurement on the dress. The swing skirt on this dress is full and twirls beautifully. The bust. is fully lined and it should hit to the knee on most tall people or below the knee on most under 5’10
