This is a boys size  Medium, 100% cotton (best guess based on size and content, label is faded) Disney Mickey Mouse brown T-shirt.  There is minor wear on the graphics but is in good condition with all stitching and hems undamaged.

It measures (unstretched) 16" armpit to armpit, and 19 1/2" back collar to hem.
